Working together

Tablelight Studio scopes each project in writing before work begins. The final scope, schedule, deliverables and payment details are agreed with you directly.

Quotes and payment

Project quotes are tailored to the agreed scope. Use the public PayPal payment link only after the project scope, payment amount and currency have been agreed by email. Check the amount and currency shown by PayPal before completing payment. Enquiries do not create an obligation to purchase.

Your materials

You are responsible for having permission to use logos, photographs, copy, booking links and other materials you provide. We will flag anything that needs clarification.

Changes, cancellation and third-party services

Any revisions, cancellation arrangements, hosting, domain charges or ongoing support are set out in your written project agreement. Booking and ordering providers remain responsible for their own services. Any rights you have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies, are unaffected.
